ISIS

ISIS GEE is a singer, songwriter, producer, arranger, programmer, string arranger and engineer of her own music...ultimately bridging strong vocal capacity and musicianship. ISIS is a vocalist who touches people’s hearts with her radiant voice and unique interpretation of music. She began her musical journey at the age of 5 with a magnetic determination to excel as a vocalist. From that moment on, Isis has been known to be completely at home on stage lighting up countless arenas with her strong voice and contagious energy. By 8 years old she was touring the west coast of the USA singing with the Seattle/Northwest Girls Choir. By the time she was 12, she was a professional vocalist who was also winning a wide variety of vocal contests and awards and was feautured soloist at major sporting events in stadiums for 65,000+ people. At 17, she won the title Best Female Vocalist at an International Talent Contest in Los Angeles, California and soon after went on to win a scholarship and beauty pageant (preliminary to Miss America) also winning the Talent Award.

On her musical journey, ISIS opened for legendary Tony Bennett with his large orchestra singing jazz standards. In her late teens ISIS was recording and performing with three 21 piece big bands and various quartet jazz bands. ISIS also received full music scholarships at two colleges. She went on to tour throughout Asia for a year and a half as the featured singer with a jazz trio of bass, piano and drums and she had a pleasure to perform with jazz pianist McCoy Tyner. She relocated to Los Angeles where she recorded with famous songwriters such as Steve Dorff (Celine Dion, Barbara Streisand, Whitney Houston) and soon became known to all that worked with her as "The lady with the golden voice".

ISIS's musical style is classified as Pop/Adult Contemporary, with classic sophistication and timeless appeal. ISIS completed an album of her own material entitled Hidden Treasure which was rel eased Summer 2007. The album was mixed by Simon Gogerly in London, UK (2006 Grammy Award Winner for U2, and mixer for Elton John, Sarah McLachlan, Gwen Stephani, J Lo, etc.). The album features three tracks Co-Produced by KK also in London (Sting and Craig David, Bjork, Dido, Nelly Furtado, Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, etc.) and was Mastered by Tim Young at Metropolis Studios London, UK (Madonna, Massive Attack, Cold Play, David Bowie, etc.). Later in 2007, ISIS was approached to co-write and featured singing the song "Fate" on the Platinum selling album "Sehnsucht", with German recording artist Schiller. The album was nominated for a Grammy Award.

ISIS GEE is often described aa a timeless artist, with supreme interpretation and sophistication. She is well known to be an equally as powerful entertainer as she is a singer, providing magnetic energetic performances. She has often been described as : “A new Celine Dion in the making" and "Barbara Streisand with a new classic, legendary appeal”. ISIS GEE's talents are not just in the music world. You may have seen her dancing on the very popular European edition of "Dancing with the Stars" where she was one of 14 featured celebrities dancing her way to a top 5 position.
