Years ago in our 600 seat theatre in Washington state, we were auditioning for the hit musical Lil Abner. A young girl stepped up on the stage and sang her audition piece. I sat in absolute silence for about one minute after she finished, in total amazement of this young lady. She appeared to be one of those that it seems has blessed the stage in many lifetimes before... One of the rare innate talents that you do not come across frequently. Not only did I sit in awe of her vocal ability, but her presence, her stage savvy and comfort at being there jumped out in abundance. I knew this girl was destined for stardom.
